At Smilearrow.com, we want to keep our Return and Refund policies as straight-forward as possible for our customers. We gladly put our customers' interests first, and take all steps to satisfy their needs. Please be aware that there may be two types of Returns and Refunds policies available for a purchaser: Smile Arrow Fulfilled Policy and Vendor/Store Specific Policy. If you buy products that are shipped by Smile Arrow, this default Returns and Refund Policy is for you. If you buy items from our vendors (third-party sellers), please follow the vendor/store specific Returns and Refunds Policy links found on the respective store page. In the case of "no-return and refund" policy from a seller, this default policy will apply. You're well-covered anyway! RETURN GUIDEINES

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect and incomplete at the time of delivery, please inform us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or return or displacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms within the relevant category below.

Please keep in mind that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed" or you change your decision not to take the product

Let's Do A Return!

  1. Sign in to your Smile Arrow Account, AND select My Orders
  2. Select the order you wish to return, and then click on the Manage Order button.
  3. Click on Return Items.
  4. Fill in the Return Form. The available return options (drop-down) will be displayed.
  5. Pack your Smile Arrow parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
  6. Send the item to the Return Address. We advise you to use one of our (or the seller’s) preferred shipping services.

1. If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along-side the quantity purchased your returned product.
2. The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we’ve received your product (2-3 working days) and it’s undergone a top quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows
