Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may not be cancelled once made.
If a product is faulty or a wrong one, we'll resend an appropriate product ASAP free of any cost. If you're asked to return the product in question, we'll cover the return cost. You may decide not to have a replacement product at all, and ask for a full refund. The refund will be processed in 21 days or less.
