Radhuni Khichuri Mix

Radhuni Khichuri Mix- 01 pack
Edible Oil-6 tablespoons (90 ml)
Chopped Onion – 1 Cup (250 ml sized cup)
Green Chili- 5-6 pcs.
Water – 1  liter or 6 cups (250 ml sized cup)

Cooking process:

Fry chopped onions in heated oil until they become light brown. Put Radhuni Khichuri Mix in it and fry it for a while. Add water, whole green chili and then cover the vessel. When water is absorbed, keep the vessel on low heat for 15-20 minutes to get it properly boiled and making free from moisture. Then put down the vessel and serve hot.

* You may spread 2 tablespoons OF BUTTER OIL OR ghee on khichuri when water is absorbed.

*No need to add Salt.

The above quantity is suitable for serving to 4-5 persons.
