Step 1: fat caliper claws, then press “zero” (the reset button) cleared.
Step 2: where the skin folds are measured. (about one inch on the right hip)
Step 3: standing, with your thumb and index finger firmly pinching the skin fold, continue to left-handed pinch the skin fold, put the electronic fat caliper claws in the above measurement.
Step 4: press and hold the jaw until you feel a slight pain. Then press the “HOLD” key to keep the measurement data. After reading the measured value, press the “HOLD” key to continue the previous step. Repeat three times, take the average value of the reading. Corresponding body fat control table, determine your body fat percentage, see if it is in line with the standard.
